Fernanda de Arruda Camargo

Is one of the founding partners of Wright Capital Wealth Management. Fernanda has 26 years of experience in the financial markets, of which 15 in Wealth Management. Previously, she was a partner at Vinci Partners. Prior to that she was a partner of at Gávea Arsenal Wealth Management. Between 2001 and 2002 she worked at the Global Markets desk at Standard Bank. From 1995 to 2001 she was responsible for distribution of capital markets, treasury and structured products for institutional investors and corporates at Deutsche Bank. Fernanda began her career in 1994 at the Private Bank of Merrill Lynch in San Francisco, California. She was one of the founders of the LiveWright Institute, an NGO dedicated to improving Olympic sports in Brazil. She is a Board member of Atletas pelo Brasil – an NGO dedicated to sport advocacy in Brazil. She studied Economics at PUC University in São Paulo and has extension courses in Corporate Finance at the University of California Berkeley.

Alexandre Gottlieb Lindenbojm

Has over 29 years of experience as a business and tax lawyer and has worked in the areas of M&A and wealth management, succession and tax planning in Brazil and abroad. Alexandre is the CEO and a cofounder of Wright Capital Wealth Management. Before founding Wright Capital he was a partner at Vinci Partners in the area of wealth management from 2011 to 2014. Before that, he was a founding partner at Velloza, Girotto e Lindenbojm law firm from 1998 to 2011, responsible for the consulting areas of the firm. He began his career at Banco Norchem S/A, he was also a lawyer with Mattos Filho law firm and worked for Greenberg Traurig Attorneys at law in NY. He is a member of the Board of directors Laboratório Aché, one of the largest pharmaceutical industries in Brazil. He is also a member of the board of directors of Latimpacto. He graduated in Law at PUC-SP in 1995.

Alberto Gaidys

Has 36 years of experience in the capital and financial markets and in the management of own and Third-party resources having worked with Fundação Duratex (Itau Group), Chase Manhattan Bank, Deutsche Bank, Bankboston, UBS and UBS Pactual. He is a Board member at Senior Solution S.A., a technology enterprise traded in Novo Mercado, a listing segment of BM&F Bovespa. He graduated in Production Engineering and Law at USP, has completed post graduate studies in Business from FGV and in Finance from FIPECAFI/USP and holds a Masters in Mathematic Modeling for Finance from FEA/IME/USP. He is certified as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst by CAIA Association. He is authorized by CVM to manage portfolios of bonds and securities.

Rubens Freitas

Has 26 years of experience in the financial market having worked in the Areas of Wealth Management and Risk Management. He is a Partner at Wright Capital Wealth Management. Until January 2015 he was an associate at Opus Investments where he had been responsible for the areas of Risk and previously Wealth Management. He was a partner at Mauá Investmentos from 2005 until 2009 responsible for the areas of Risk and Compliance. Previously to that, he worked at Arsenal Investimentos and at Sul America Investimentos in the areas of Wealth Management and Risk Management respectively. He holds a graduate degree in Mathematics, specialized in Systems Analysis, from UFRJ-RJ and holds a post-graduate degree in Capital Markets from IBMEC-SP. He is certified CPA-20 and is authorized by CVM and Anbima to manage portfolios.

Has 27 years of executive experience, 16 of them working with wealth management in the financial markets. Until September 2018 she worked at the Private Bank of Credit Suisse Hedging Griffo and from 2002 to 2015 she worked at the Private Bank of Banco Votorantim. Previously, Luciana worked for 10 years at the communications sector, being responsible for marketing, product development and customer service. She graduated in Social Communication at ESPM – Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, has completed post graduate studies in business administration from CEAG - EAESP/FGV, hold a MBA in Finance from Ibmec - São Paulo, has completed the financial markets operator course of FIA/USP and has CPA20 and CFP certifications.

Patricia Vazsonyi

Has 15 years of experience in the financial market, 12 of which are in Wealth
Management. She is a partner at Wright Capital Wealth Management. Until 2014,
she was responsible for the areas of product structuring and reporting on offshore
markets at GPS Planejamento Financeiro. Between 2003 and 2013, she worked at
Laeco Asset Management, responsible for customer service, allocation and control of
funds. As well as that, she worked at HSBC Private Equity Latin America at the start
of her career. She graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Has 20 years of experience in the financial market and is a partner at Wright Capital Wealth Management. Between 2013 and 2020, she was a partner at XP Inc. and responsible for strategic allocation, new business and wealth advisory in the company's Private Banking segment. Before going to Julius Baer Singapore in 2012, where she led projects on best practices and alternative performance indicators for the Investment Advisory Group, she was, between 2006 and 2011, in charge of asset allocating and global investment solutions structuring at GPS Financial Planning, where she was a partner. She started her career at HSBC Brasil, coordinating the development of international financial products and services for large clients. Graduated in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP), holds an MBA from INSEAD and a CFP certification.

ALEXANDRE Abud

Started his career as a trainee in 1998 at PwC with the International Tax and Legal Services area, leaving in 2002 as a Senior Manager to serve as Director in corporations such as UOL, Folha de São Paulo, Macquarie Bank and Mc Donalds being responsible for tax planning, compliance, litigation and strategic planning for business process transformation. Cofounded startups dedicated to solving social problems with intensive use of technology in the food, health and public industries. Lawyer, post graduated in Contractual Law at PUC-SP and Master in Business Administration at INSPER.
